For the kids, we ordered siew mai (RM4 per set) as well as some deep fried dim sum items (deep fried wantan and deep fried bean curd rolls) and sesame balls. The sesame balls here come with a pandan filling. The kids enjoyed their dim sum very much.
We also had the famed egg tarts - we had four in the shop and bought another pack of 6 (RM12 per box) to bring home for my parents. Best eaten when warm, the egg tarts were flaky and absolutely delicious.
Of course, a visit to Nam Heong would not be complete without a cuppa white coffee. We also had the eggs on toast (telur goyang) - the thick pieces of toast were nice and crisp and the eggs were wonderfully wobbly and runny.
